1. THE TWISTED CLOTH PRODUCTS
The Twisted Cloth hair and other accessories are carefully handmade or parts thereof. We pride ourselves in offering the best quality to our customers. While great care is taken to maintain consistency, occasionally the handmade nature of our products result in variations within our product range. By purchasing our products you agree to respect and understand the rare occasion where variations may occur, so long as they are reasonable.
Images of the products may occasionally be simplified or ‘Photoshoped’ for marketing purposes in order to present the products in their best possible light. By making a purchase the buyer acknowledges that these standard marketing practices may apply, and that the actual products received may vary slightly from promotional materials. That said, we do our best to present our products in an honest and ethical manner. Some difference in colour may be visible depending on the type of digital device the image is viewed on. We do our best to represent the true colour of the fabric or materials displayed on our website for your shopping convenience.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, and images of products appearing on the website and price list are correct at the time when the inquiry was made; however, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, colours on the website and price list are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error free.
Although we aim to keep the website and price list as up to date as possible, the information including product descriptions appearing on the website and price list at a particular time may change from time to time.
2. PRICING
The prices displayed on our website are quoted in ZAR (South African Rand) and are valid and effective only in the Republic of South Africa. All prices indicated for products available are exclusive of delivery charges. All prices are subject to change without any prior notice to accommodate the fluctuating or rising cost of manufacturing materials.
3. PURCHASES
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including but not limited to, your credit or debit card number, the expiration date of your card, your billing address, and your shipping information.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.
We may employ the use of third party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
4. SHIPPING
The Aramex Store-To-Door shipment option will allow for up to 30 scrunchies per bag per order. Domestic Delivery To Main Centers by the next business day. Outlying areas may take up to 72 hours. For larger orders please email us for a shipping quotation. The Twisted Cloth will not be held liable for orders not delivered after handover to the courier. Please ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly to avoid non delivery of your order.
We also allow the PAXI Store-to-Store Collection Point option - A PAXI Collection Point nearest to your delivery address will be selected. Should you have a preferred PAXI Collection Point please specify your PAXI Collection Point Address and Code in the comment section below. To view collection points please visit the PAXI website at https://map.paxi.co.za Remember to have your PAXI PIN & ID ready when collecting your parcel. PAXI delivery takes 7-9 business days. Please ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly to avoid non delivery of your order. The Twisted Cloth will not be held liable for orders not delivered after handover to the courier or due to any incorrect collection points as a result of incorrect delivery information supplied.
Please note that our self collection option is only available to clients that have a special arrangement for local collection. We do not have a physical store and reserve the right to refuse collection if not made by prior arrangement. For all online orders please use our standard shipping option.
Some special offers may allow for free shipping above a specified purchase amount. All orders below this amount will be processed and shipped by using the standard shipping option.
Discount coupons supplied by The Twisted Cloth do not apply to shipping amounts.
5. RETURNS
Unfortunately, we do not refund or exchange accessories for hygiene reasons. All items are carefully inspected before shipping. However if you find that you are completely unsatisfied with your purchase please contact us via email.
